With a Pharmacy Chemist on site with over 30 years of experience in the industry, we create the most exclusive formulations, based on each customer’s unique requirements, and always in compliance with today’s demands for the latest ingredients, unmatched performance, and at affordable prices. Upon request, we could perform what is called “reverse-engineering” of an existing product, and create an almost exact duplication of an original sample. The main reason we are unique is our constant communication with our customers during the product development process, which assures achievement of a finished product that would meet their requirements for performance, appearance and cost. If customers request it, we can develop Parabens-free, Sulfate-free and Propylene Glycol-free formulations.
With state of the art equipment and the very best quality raw materials available, we are able to reproduce in production the exact same formulations made in the Lab, always going from a pilot batch to scale-up before larger productions. Depending on the type of formulation, we could use cold or hot process. Our tanks range in size from 20 gallons to 800 gallons, which gives our customers a great deal of flexibility when it comes to choosing the size of an order. Our equipment is always in immaculate conditions and properly cleaned and sanitized, according to cGMP’s, prior to any production.
Our filling operation allows us to provide our customers a wide variety of options. We can fill bulk finished product into 5 gallons pails or 55 gallons drums according to our customers needs, or into jars or bottles, which are normally supplied by our customers. Our minimum quantity for filling is 1,000 units (jars or bottles), provided that we manufacture a minimum of 25 gallons of bulk finished product, and with our new state of the art high capacity filling line, our maximums start at 20,000 units and can reach 100,000 units or more. Upon special request, we can accommodate smaller or larger runs than those, depending on the type of product and scheduling.
We perform all required analytical, chemical and microbial tests on all of the raw materials used in production, our water, and all finished products manufactured, to assure the best quality possible and to comply with all of the specifications as well as current regulations. We also perform stability testing on all newly developed products, to assure that they would have a long shelf-life. All of the above is achieved by following our strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which are constantly reviewed and updated.
